Quinoa and Psyllium Husk Bread
Ingredients:

200 g cooked and drained bio quinoa

180 g rice flour

40 g bio psyllium husk

375 ml water

20 ml vinegar

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp mixed spices
Instructions:

Pour the cooked bio quinoa and water into a blender and blend for 2-3 minutes until you get a homogeneous mixture. Pour it into a bowl and add the spices, baking soda, salt, and vinegar, and mix well.

Add the rice flour and psyllium husk, stir, and set aside for 15-20 minutes until the husk swells.

Gather the dough by hand and place it in a small baking pan lined with parchment paper. Shape it as desired without kneading or pressing it.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 1 hour. Let the bread cool completely before serving.
