Ceremonial Matcha with Coconut Water and Raspberry Mousse

It’s a blend of ceremonial matcha, fresh raspberries, natural coconut water, and a touch of honey. Beautiful to look at, delicious to taste, and energizing – without the “5 PM coffee crash.” Ready in minutes!
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 2 g ceremonial matcha
- 60 ml water at 70℃
- 50 g fresh raspberries
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 150 ml coconut water
- 5–6 ice cubes
How to prepare?
- Mash the raspberries with honey in a glass to create a thick fruit sauce.
- Add ice and slowly pour in the coconut water – gently, to keep the layers separate.
- Matcha time: In a bowl or cup, whisk the matcha with 60 ml of water at ~70°C until smooth and frothy.
- Pour the matcha gently down the side of the glass or over a spoon to preserve the layered effect.
- Serve immediately – stir before drinking or enjoy layer by layer for contrast.
