Keto bread rolls whih Almond and Coconut Flour

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup bio almond flour
  • 2 tbsp bio coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp organik coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • optanal:sesame seeds,flaxseeds,or spices

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees 
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients :bio almond flour,bio coconut flour,psyllium husk,baking powder,and salt.
  3. Add the eggs and melted organik coconut oil.Mix well.
  4. Gradually add warm water-the dough should be slightly sticky but firm.
  5. Shape into small rolls or buns ,place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden
