Keto bread rolls whih Almond and Coconut Flour
Ingredients:
- 1 cup bio almond flour
- 2 tbsp bio coconut flour
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp organik coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup warm water
- optanal:sesame seeds,flaxseeds,or spices
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees
- Mix all the dry ingredients :bio almond flour,bio coconut flour,psyllium husk,baking powder,and salt.
- Add the eggs and melted organik coconut oil.Mix well.
- Gradually add warm water-the dough should be slightly sticky but firm.
- Shape into small rolls or buns ,place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden
