Green Energy Shake
Ingredients:
- 250 ml vegan milk
- a handful of baby spinach
- 1/2 green apple
- 1/4 avocado
- juice from 1 lime
- 1 tbsp bio moringa powder
- 2 dates
- bio hemp seeds
Instructions:

Rinse well the fruits and vegetables, cut the apple and avocado in pieces and add all ingredients in a blender. Mix until nice, homogenous drink is formed.

Pour your shake in a glass and sprinkle with some hemp seeds.
