Gluten-free Tuscan crackers
Ingredients:

1/4 cup organic chia seeds

1 cup organic almond flour

1/2 cup water

1 teaspoon sun-dried tomato powder (or finely chopped/ground sun-dried tomatoes, depending on the texture)

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning mix
Preparation:

In a bowl, mix the organic chia seeds and water, and let them sit to expand for about 15 minutes.

In a deep bowl, combine the organic almond flour and seasonings (optional: you can also add garlic powder or sesame seeds). Add the chia mixture to them and stir well.

Form a ball from the resulting mixture and place it between two sheets of baking paper.

Roll out the ball into a rectangular shape or shape it with your hands. The thinner you roll out the mixture, the crispier the crackers will be.

Remove the top sheet of baking paper and cut the mixture into equal rectangles. Place them, along with the bottom baking paper, onto a baking sheet.

Bake for about 15-20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C.

Let them cool, arrange them in bowls, and enjoy the great taste of these healthy crackers!
