Ingredients:

  • 650 g organic almond flour

  • 150 g organic coconut sugar

  • 30 g organic coconut oil, melted

  • vanilla

  • 165 ml chickpea water (also known as aquafaba)

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation:

  1. Blend the chickpea water, sugar, and melted organic coconut oil together.

  2. Mix this liquid blend with the remaining ingredients to form a dough.

  3. Shape the resulting dough into round cookies and roll them in various toppings: poppy seeds, shredded coconut, or sesame seeds.

  4. Bake at 150°C for about 20 minutes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
