Almond cookies
Ingredients:

650 g organic almond flour

150 g organic coconut sugar

30 g organic coconut oil, melted

vanilla

165 ml chickpea water (also known as aquafaba)

1 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation:

Blend the chickpea water, sugar, and melted organic coconut oil together.

Mix this liquid blend with the remaining ingredients to form a dough.

Shape the resulting dough into round cookies and roll them in various toppings: poppy seeds, shredded coconut, or sesame seeds.

Bake at 150°C for about 20 minutes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
