1. Delivery areas

We currently deliver to all cities in North Macedonia. For international destinations, please contact us for availability.

2. Delivery methods and costs

• Standard delivery (2–5 business days): 180 MKD anywhere in North Macedonia.
• FREE delivery on orders of 1,999 MKD or more.
• Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available on request – contact us for the price.

3. Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed the next business day.

4. Order tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You can follow the parcel through our website or the courier's tracking page.

5. Fresh products

Fresh organic products are packed carefully with cooling elements to keep them fresh in transit.

6. Delivery problems

If there is any problem with your delivery, including damaged or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
