1. Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most products. Fresh produce and perishable items have different policies (see below).
2. Eligible Returns
Products eligible for return must be:
- In original, unopened packaging
- Unused and in resalable condition
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Fresh produce and perishable goods (unless defective upon arrival)
- Opened or used products
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
4. Quality Guarantee for Fresh Products
We stand behind the quality of our organic produce. If you receive fresh products that are:
- Damaged during shipping
- Spoiled upon arrival
- Not meeting quality standards
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos for a full refund or replacement.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and instructions
- Pack the item securely with original packaging
- Ship the item to our return address
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
